We are recruiting for a growing facilities management company - we're looking for a bright, motivated and organised Office Administrator to support the Office Manager with admin and ad hoc finance support.

Office based Monday to Friday - flexible working hours (7.30 - 4, 8 - 4.30, 8.30 - 5, 9 - 5.30).

Duties include
* Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team
* Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling
* Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications
* Support compliance and health & safety processes
* Respond to customer queries with professionalism
* Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager
Skills/Experience
1. Experience in an administrative or office support role
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
