Senior HR Advisor 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | RAF Shawbury (with travel to Oxford) We are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a leading organisation within the aviation and engineering sector. This is a pivotal, hands?on role covering a period of maternity leave, providing high?level HR support across two operational sites. Based primarily at RAF Shawbury, with regular travel to the organisation's Oxford location, you will play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners to harmonise processes and integrate two regional HR functions into a cohesive, high performing team.
