Sous Chef St Leonards School, St Andrews (KY16 9QJ) Salary: £14.35 per hour (circa £32,500 per annum) Hours: 40 hours per week |Shifts: 5 days over 7 Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks Checks: Enhanced PVG required The Role We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals within a school environment. You will help maintain excellent food standards, ensure full compliance with food safety and allergen legislation, and support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will take responsibility for the kitchen and team when the Executive Chef is absent.
