The Role
* Expert Leadership: Work alongside Lead Family Help Practitioners, providing specialist child protection expertise.
* Collaborative Practice: Chair updated child protection conferences designed for greater cohesion.
* Direct Impact: Undertake meaningful work with families to foster self-reliance and progress safety plans.
* Statutory Excellence: Deliver services in accordance with the Children Act 1989.
* Innovation: Work with Quality Assurance Reviewing Officers (QARO) to ensure jargon-free communication.

What You’ll Need
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Experience in Child Protection and statutory settings.
