Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email ensuring a high standard of phone etiquette.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any concerns or complaints effectively.
* Order car parts from our suppliers.
* Utilise analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
* Packaging a few items a day through our online selling platform and arranging postage labels.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
* Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and provide solutions that foster customer loyalty.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Experience in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
* Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and a keen understanding of customer needs.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
