Key points about the scheme:
* Paid position on the Unqualified Teacher (UQT) scale (most commonly UQ1)
* Employed directly by a school from day one
* Higher initial teaching load, typically around 15 periods per week
* Teaching load gradually increases to approximately 20 periods per week
* One dedicated training day per week
* Opportunity to gain QTS with PGCE (optional opt-out available if required)
* Working at one School throughout - avoiding any conflict in different teaching styles (in turn reducing stress on teacher)

* Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
* Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
* Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
* You must be able to engage and motivate the students
