Job Title: Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Warwick, CV34 (Office-based, Monday to Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Experience Level: Entry-level (no recruitment experience required)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment from the ground up. You’ll learn everything you need to become a successful recruiter — from sourcing candidates and client management, to sales techniques, interviews, and closing deals.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, people-first environment where energy, ambition, and personality count just as much as experience.

What You'll Be Doing

* Making outbound calls to candidates and clients daily
* Building long-term relationships with clients and jobseekers
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
* Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
* Learning sales and negotiation skills from experienced consultants
* Hitting targets and earning commission!

You don’t need a background in recruitment, but you do need:

* A confident, outgoing personality – you’ll be speaking to people all day
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* A proactive, can-do attitude – we want self-starters
* Ambition and resilience – recruitment can be tough, but hugely rewarding
* A love of working with people – this job is all about relationships
* A commutable distance to Warwick (CV34)
