I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Shared Services Manager to support them initially on an interim basis through a period of change and transformation. The ultimate purpose of this role is to revolutionise the way HR services are delivered across the organisation, whilst leading the current team.
As the HR Shared Services Manager, you will take the lead in transforming and optimising HR service delivery, focusing on efficiency, employee experience, and seamless HR operations. You will be at the forefront of change management, identifying opportunities for digitilisation in order to enhance service delivery and support the people strategy.
To be considered of this role it is essential that you have previously worked in a HR Shared Services environment, having driven some kind of transformation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities are also essential for this role, along with a creative and innovative approach.
