Main responsibilities:

As Brand Manager EK, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of the brand within the Bihr/Powersports distribution network across France and Europe.

Your mission: to maximize EK’s performance in European markets by deploying effective go-to-market strategies aligned with the brand’s global vision, while supporting local teams in commercial execution.

You will actively contribute to strengthening brand awareness, visibility, and preference across the region.


Key responsibilities:

Brand strategy & development

* Act as the main point of contact between EK, the Bihr Transmission Product Manager, and internal teams.

* Develop and implement the brand strategy across European markets.

* Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all sales channels.

* Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in each market.

Commercial & marketing execution

* Support local sales teams to strengthen EK’s presence in the field (dealers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce, etc.).

* Develop and roll out marketing and commercial plans tailored to each country.

* Coordinate product launches, promotions, and European campaigns.

* Collaborate with Purchasing teams to ensure an efficient stock strategy aligned with market needs.

Sales support & training

* Provide internal teams and clients with sales tools and training materials on the EK product range.

* Organize sales initiatives, reseller events, and promotional operations.

* Represent the brand at trade shows and international events.

Performance monitoring & reporting

* Track and analyze key performance indicators (sales, margins, availability, market share, etc.).

* Ensure regular reporting on commercial and marketing activities.

* Identify improvement levers and optimization opportunities for brand development.

* Manage the brand budget and ensure optimal return on investment.


Required qualifications:

* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or sales.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales, ideally in the motorcycle, technical parts, or equipment sector.

* Strong knowledge of network development, commercial strategy, and product marketing.

* Good understanding of the European market and its local specificities.

* Proficiency in English (German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus).

* Excellent command of office tools and digital marketing tools.

The position is a full-time, permanent contract and can be based at one of our sites in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, or Spain.

En tant que Brand Manager EK, vous serez le garant du développement stratégique et commercial de la marque au sein du réseau de distribution Bihr/Powersports sur la France et l’Europe.

Votre mission : maximiser la performance d’EK sur les marchés européens en déployant des stratégies go-to-market efficaces, alignées sur la vision globale de la marque, tout en soutenant les équipes locales dans l’exécution commerciale.

Vous contribuerez activement à renforcer la notoriété, la visibilité et la préférence de marque sur l’ensemble du territoire.


Responsabilités clés :

Stratégie & développement de la marque

* Être l’interlocuteur principal entre EK, le Chef de produit Transmission Bihr et les équipes internes.

* Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de marque sur les marchés européens.

* Garantir une représentation cohérente et qualitative de la marque sur tous les canaux de vente.

* Réaliser une veille concurrentielle et identifier les opportunités de croissance sur chaque marché.

Exécution commerciale & marketing

* Accompagner les équipes commerciales locales pour renforcer la présence d’EK sur le terrain (concessions, distributeurs, détaillants, e-commerce, etc.).

* Développer et déployer des plans marketing et commerciaux adaptés à chaque pays.

* Coordonner les lancements produits, promotions et campagnes européennes.

* Collaborer avec les équipes Achats pour assurer une stratégie de stock efficace et adaptée aux besoins du marché.

Soutien aux ventes & formation

* Fournir aux équipes internes et aux clients des outils d’aide à la vente et des supports de formation sur la gamme EK.

* Organiser des actions commerciales, événements revendeurs et opérations de promotion.

* Représenter la marque lors des salons professionnels et événements internationaux.

Suivi des performances & reporting

* Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (ventes, marges, disponibilité, parts de marché, etc.).

* Assurer le reporting régulier des actions commerciales et marketing.

* Identifier les leviers d’amélioration et d’optimisation du développement de la marque.

* Gérer le budget de la marque et garantir un retour sur investissement optimal.


Qualifications requises :

* Diplôme de niveau Master (ou équivalent) en commerce, marketing ou ventes.

* Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de marque, marketing ou ventes, idéalement dans le secteur de la moto, des pièces techniques ou de l’équipement.

* Solides connaissances en développement de réseau, stratégie commerciale et marketing produit.

* Bonne compréhension du marché européen et de ses spécificités locales.

* Maîtrise de l’anglais (l’allemand, l’espagnol ou l’italien sont un plus).

* Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de marketing digital.
