Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will support members with a range of enquiries related to the healthcare services the business offers. The role involves mainly telephone correspondence, ensuring each query is addressed with the highest level of care and support. You will also process claims for customers and handle transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience, which could be from retail, hospitality, or other sectors. Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. Passionate about helping and supporting customers, providing the best solutions. High level of empathy and understanding. Excellent problem-solving skills. A good team player.
