Our client is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager with a deep appreciation for fine food and wine, and the leadership skills to manage and inspire a multi-outlet team.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values innovation, sustainability, and memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities• Managing all drinks lists—including wines—ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial goals• Collaborating with the Hotel Director, Executive Chef, and kitchen team to continuously improve food and beverage service, menus, and overall business performance• Overseeing training and development for restaurant, bar, and waiting teams, through structured and on-the-job training• Ensuring the team has outstanding product knowledge and delivers exceptional guest service• Managing revenue, payroll, and overhead budgets, ensuring costs align with business volume• Overseeing all beverage orders and deliveries, maintaining effective stock control and minimizing waste• Leading on Health & Safety within restaurant areas, enforcing food hygiene, safety, and fire regulations• Working closely with internal teams to align F&B with sustainability, people, and commercial strategies• Partnering with brand and marketing teams to create engaging campaigns, events, and content• Participating in development projects to help shape and launch new F&B concepts Skills & Requirements:• A true passion for high-quality food and wine, with strong product knowledge• 3–5 years’ experience in a senior management role in a hotel or restaurant setting• Experience managing multi-outlet venues or cluster operations• Proven success in leading, training, and developing large hospitality teams• Strong understanding of HR procedures and staff management• Deep knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence• A track record of consistently achieving financial performance targets• WSET qualification or equivalent wine knowledge (desirable)• Experience running events, private dining, and bespoke guest experiences• Skilled in bar operations, including barista-level coffee serviceWhat’s On Offer:• Competitive salary of £50,000 + Tips• Discounts across hotel F&B services• Ongoing professional development and internal progression opportunities• Work in a stunning coastal location with a creative and forward-thinking hospitality brandIf you’re a results-driven leader with a refined approach to hospitality and a love for delivering stand-out guest experiences, we want to hear from you.Submit your CV and covering letter today or contact Steph Lorton at Winners Recruitment, Truro for a confidential conversation.
