Our Senior Customer Consultant support delivery of our purpose by providing: Excellent Customer experience Good customer engagement Optimising opportunities Deliver structured activities to support the branch effectiveness You will work closely with the branch manager; occasionally standing in for them, to coach and develop a team of customer consultants.
