As an experienced Collections Advisor, youll already know the importance of delivering amazing levels of customer service to customers who have fallen behind on their monthly repayments. In addition, you will be responsible for the following: Having effective conversations to create a manageable solution that is best for both the customer and the bank Taking the time to understand the customers individual situation, showing empathy and respect and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences throughout Ensuring a fair and ethical approach - helping each and every customer on their road to financial recovery In order to hit the ground running in this role, you should come from a background of regulated financial services or utilities collections and be passionate about supporting customers, including those who are vulnerable.
