This construction and property consultancy specialises in the healthcare sector, delivering a comprehensive range of services to NHS facilities across the UK. Their projects span from £100k to £100 million and include refurbishments, extensions, and new-build developments across diverse sites such as call centres, hospitals, and multi-building campuses. Operating nationwide, the company is experiencing strong internal growth and, following a series of recent promotions, is now seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join its expanding team.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare construction projects across Cumbria. Working closely with the Associate Director, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including risk management, contract administration, and ensuring programmes are completed on time and to specification. The position requires site visits across Cumbria two to three times per week, with the remaining time spent between the Penrith office and home, as hybrid working is available.
The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with experience in the healthcare sector and have a desire to grow and advance their career.
