What You Will Be Doing
* Provide person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health diagnoses, neurodiversity, or trauma backgrounds.
* Assist clients in developing independent living skills within accommodation settings or their own homes, promoting dignity and social inclusion.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety standards.
* Engage with clients compassionately, fostering trust and encouraging positive outcomes.

Essential Skills
* Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with mental health needs.
* Confident engaging with individuals with neurodiversity or complex backgrounds.
* Has experience (or is keen to learn) therapeutic de‑escalation and crisis‑intervention techniques.
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing needs.
