Overview
Student Progress Coordinator. Fixed term 1 year contract – starting January 2026. 42 hours per week, term time + 1 week. £34,534 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for families and Local Authorities.
* Chair weekly multi-disciplinary Team meetings, ensuring students are making progress towards their EHCP outcomes and supporting students to make informed decisions regarding their future pathways.
* Demonstrate decision making, manage difficult conversations and positively influence others; empower them to take ownership of their decisions, while aligning to the values and ethos of Treloar’s.
The ideal candidate will have
* Grades 4 – 9 GCSE in Maths and English or equivalently educated to level 3 or equivalent
* Knowledge / Experience of planning transition activities
* Experience of multidisciplinary working
* The ability to mentor, support and inspire children and/or young adults
* An understanding of how to successfully chair meetings and/or lead meetings, while monitoring objectives and outcomes
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of Local Authority structures and ways of working
* Diplomacy and sensitivity, across a broad range of subjects
* A level of flexibility with working schedule
