The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to drive marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, create demand, and bring in new business. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Campaigns, alongside two additional Integrated Campaign Managers, you’ll shape and deliver our campaign strategy. You’ll need to understand our business, customers, and their buying journey, then plan and run campaigns that both boost our brand and drive demand, working with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and look great.
What You'll Do
* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate high-level business goals into a comprehensive, full-funnel integrated campaign programme, with a focus on brand-building and top-of-funnel demand campaigns.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing Team, Media Planning agency, creative, product marketing, sales, external partners, and leadership to define objectives, craft messaging, oversee creative development, and ensure cohesive execution across channels.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance with Digital Marketing and Marketing Data teams, implement data-driven optimisations, conduct post-campaign analysis, and report impact on marketing and business KPIs.
* Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, introducing creative approaches and new tools to enhance engagement and performance.
* Manage Budgets: Oversee campaign budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets.
What You'll Bring
* Experience
o 7+ years in integrated marketing and/or campaign development & execution, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment.
o Proven track record delivering high-impact, full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
o Understanding of earned, paid, and owned media channels and their roles in integrated campaigns.
* Skills
o Creative storytelling and brand messaging with the ability to translate brand identity into campaign narratives.
o Strong project management with ability to manage multiple campaigns and align stakeholders.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making for campaign optimisation.

How We Work
Our vision is a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life. We operate with an IRL-first approach; team members in many roles work in person three days a week (customer care roles may require up to five days).
