Job Description
* Lead site technical and quality activities
* Ensure food safety, HACCP, and compliance requirements are met
* Manage quality systems, audits, and corrective actions
* Drive continuous improvement across processes
* Support and guide technical team members
* Collaborate with operational and cross‑functional teams
Experience
* Previous experience in a senior technical or quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and HACCP
* Experience ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards
* Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
* Proven leadership skills with experience developing others
* Food Hygiene and HACCP trained
