Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:
As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should possess excellent food knowledge and standards, and be capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
* Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
* Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Ability to recognize and celebrate team successes and individual needs.
