The Role
As an HR Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of the school’s administrative office. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff queries and the guardian of the school’s recruitment and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Support: Coordinating job adverts, managing applications, and scheduling interviews for new teaching and support staff.
* Compliance & Safeguarding: Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensuring all DBS checks and references are meticulously documented.
* Employee Lifecycle: Assisting with onboarding for new starters and managing leave requests, including maternity and sick pay.
* Data Management: Keeping the school’s HR database accurate and up-to-date while ensuring strict confidentiality.

About You
