Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the South of England region. Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines. Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems. Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the South of England. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
