For the successful Assembly Line Leader our client is offering:
* Up to £28,060.50 per annum
* Rotating mornings and afternoons - Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
* Annual bonus depending on company performance up to 8.33%
* Permanent position with an ever growing business

The Role - Assembly Line Leader:
* This is a hands on Assembly Line Leader role, where you will be physically working on the line
* Overseeing of staff on the Assembly line
* Ensuring products are assembled to correct specification
* Ensuring KPI's are being met
* Relaying objectives to staff on the line
* Ensuring Quality is being met at all times
What our client is looking for in a Assembly Line Leader:
* Proven Assembly experience on a fast paced Assembly line
* Leadership skills
* Strong communication skills
