What You Will Do As a Mechanical Technician, you will: * Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance activities aligned with KPIs and standards. * Troubleshoot technical issues using DDS methodology and root-cause analysis. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance and reduce downtime. * Coach operators and colleagues on technical issues and maintenance tools such as SAP-PM and SOPs. * Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, working towards zero breakdowns and zero stops. * Contribute to cost reduction strategies, including spare parts management. Who You Are You will bring: * A recognised HNC qualification. * A passion for monitoring machine performance and driving maintenance improvements. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. * The ability to work efficiently under pressure, make clear decisions, and plan work to tight timelines. * A proactive attitude and technical aptitude to learn and develop further in the role.
