Role Overview
This role involves designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic systems that enhance performance and safety of Triumph motorcycles.
Responsibilities
* Designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic systems that enhance the performance and safety of our motorcycles.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
* Specify, influence, verify, and validate components to meet all higher‑level system and safety requirements, environmental standards (thermal, ingress, vibration), EMC regulations and legal requirements.
* Identify and resolve application problems/project risks at component and motorcycle level.
* Define and meet quality/cost targets and manage delivery of components to support NMIP.
Qualifications
* A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
* Proficiency with engineering software and strong understanding of circuit design, embedded systems, and control systems.
* Experience in hardware specification, requirements capture/management, and supplier management.
* Detailed hardware analysis and review with suppliers.
