As Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing impactful training programs across multiple venues – supporting operational excellence, leadership growth, and a vibrant team culture.
What the role involves:
* Developing and managing a variety of training initiatives for team members at all levels
* Creating flexible, engaging content – from workshops and coaching to video and digital resources
* Leading the management development programme and offering direct mentoring and support
* Driving employee engagement by promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture
We’re open to candidates with a background in hospitality learning and development or those from hospitality management roles who bring strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.
