About the Cover Supervisor Role
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Maintain behaviour and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment.
* Work alongside school staff to ensure lessons run smoothly.
* No lesson planning or marking required - all materials are provided.

* Confident and engaging communicators.
* Adaptable and resilient in a classroom environment.
* Able to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Passionate about supporting students' education and development.
* No teaching qualification is required. Experience working with young people is a plus but not essential - we provide training and support.
