Goods In Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly successful manufacturing organisation seeking a proactive Goods-In Operative to support the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of all inbound materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining high operational and quality standards.
As the Goods-In, you will be getting involved in:
Unloading deliveries and checking parts against paperwork
Booking in goods and printing GRN labels
Updating supplier schedules and confirming delivery slots
Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and expediting where required
Stock control, daily/weekly stock checks, and managing consumables
Keeping the goods-in area clean and compliant
Liaising with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
Strong experience in a Goods in / Warehouse / Stores or logistics roles
Strong accuracy, organisation, and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Calm, methodical, and team-focused
Experienced FLT (Counterbalance) licence holder (expired will be considered)
