Website Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of grantthorton.co.uk to meet business objectives and lead generation goals.
2. Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
3. Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
4. Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements.
5. Ensure web accessibility compliance.
6. Manage third-party relationships and tools.
7. Develop and deliver training on our web platform and templates.
8. Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams.
9. Identify business challenges and opportunities, leveraging technology to create value.
10. Monitor and report on search term performance.
11. Present website performance metrics to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
1. University degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.
2. Extensive experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
3. Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement changes.
5. Experience with website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
7. Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.
8. Line management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
Desirable Skills
1. Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding.
2. Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
3. Experience with UX visualization and prototyping tools such as FIGMA and Invision.
4. Experience with content management and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
