Learning & Development Assistant - Part Time FTC
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: £27,883 pro rata
Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences across our organisation - all while working part-time in a supportive, people-first environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
As our L&D Assistant, you will be the engine that keeps our learning function running smoothly. You will:
Be the first point of contact for L&D queries - solving problems and keeping things moving.
Organise training logistics - booking trainers, rooms, refreshments, and managing calendars.
Keep our Learning Hub up to date - ensuring accurate records and compliance with training requirements.
Help plan and deliver our annual Staff Conference - one of the highlights of our year!
Process invoices and track spending - keeping everything on budget.
Explore new ways to deliver learning - including e-learning and external platforms.
What We Are Looking For:
Super organised and detail driven.
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
A proactive team player who is happy to get stuck in.
Passionate about learning and development - and helping others succeed.
