Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a
Private Client Tax Manager
to join the Torquay office. The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals and trusts, while delivering both compliance and advisory services. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and home-based working, suited to a motivated professional looking to develop their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities of the Private Client Tax Manager include: -
* Manage a portfolio of personal tax cases, including HNW individuals and trusts.
* Provide expert tax advisory services on areas such as IHT, residence, domicile, and CGT.
* Review and support the work of junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
* Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with HMRC and professional advisers to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements of the Private Client Tax Manager include: -
* Proven experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
* ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with up-to-date technical knowledge.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
* Professional, discreet, and able to build rapport quickly with clients.
