Key Responsibilities
In this Deputy Mess Manager role, you will:
* Act as the link between the team and the Manager to maintain standards
* Motivate and support a team of 12 across both outlets
* Assist with stock control, budgets and action planning
* Oversee tills and payments
* Lead from the front to train and coach the team
* Support administrative duties as needed
* Provide flexible relief cover when required

* Experience in bar leadership, dining/function work and reception services
