WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? This role is essential to improving the service delivered and financial performance of the Cherwell 2 contracts through the analysis of key metrics and performance measures. To manage multiple teams across contracts to maximise revenue & profits. To ensure that the Cytiva, PALL Industrial and DSC shipping teams complete all day to day documentation processes to ensure a zero OTD each day. Accountabilities: Managing DSC Transport Team to include the Elekta Transport Operations Managing Cytiva shipping Team To support and cover PALL Industrial FLM when required to oversee Industrial shipping team. Oversight of weekly Quicks - Meet assigned PALL Industrial & DSC budgets and KPIs Attend Customer Calls/Meetings - Deal with NCRs & Solve Raised Problems Oversee POD & Customs Documentation Retention Support Managers on site in other departments Support day to day operations to meet customer KPIs and service level expectations Support site GM & Ops managers with any required tasks and provide cover for them when needed Provide support for disciplinaries when assigned Health & Safety responsibility for team members and support across site To support contract projects in capturing and providing movement and cost saving data Increase the profitability of the Site Operations Able to work with senior DHL management, directly with customers and third party transport operators WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
