Shopper Marketing Executive | High-Growth B Corp | London (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity to kick-start (or accelerate) a career in shopper / trade marketing with one of the UK’s fastest-growing, purpose-led consumer brands.
This is a brilliant role for someone coming off a graduate scheme or with 1-2 years’ marketing experience, who wants hands-on exposure to how brands really win in retail, from in-store activations and POS, to promotions, launches and customer collaboration.
The business
You’ll be joining a high-growth B Corp operating in a category undergoing real disruption. The brand is scaling fast (c.£30m+ turnover), expanding its retail footprint, and investing heavily in people, culture and development.

The role
Reporting into a senior shopper marketing lead, you’ll support the delivery of impactful retail activations across major UK customers.
You’ll get exposure to:
* Shopper & trade marketing campaigns
* In-store execution, POS and promotions
* Working closely with sales, brand and category teams
* Tracking performance, competitor activity and ROI
* Agency and supplier coordination
* Retail launches, sampling and events
This is a role where you learn by doing, with strong mentoring and clear progression.
About you
* Recently graduated or 1-2 years’ experience in marketing (any sector)
* Curious about FMCG / consumer brands and retail
* Organised, proactive and commercially minded
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
* Keen to build a long-term career in shopper / customer marketing
