Job Description
1. Handle intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
2. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
5. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and case law.
6. Prepare and manage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
7. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on intellectual property matters.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
