The post holder will provide senior analytical leadership for the DATAMIND-Observatory, developing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality health-data analytics that support industry partners in planning and conducting mental-health trials in the UK. This is a collaborative role, working closely with the project lead, project manager and wider stakeholders at Manchester and across the Mental Health Goals programme.
The role will ensure that datasets, methods and analytic workflows are robust, transparent and reproducible, and that outputs meet the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The post holder will build and maintain expertise in key UK data assets, lead structured assessments of data quality and readiness, produce robust and reproducible analysis plans and ensure compliance with all governance requirements. They will apply advanced analytical methodologies to generate high-quality real-world evidence, supervise a team of analysts, promote good analytic practice and contribute to the strategic growth and methodological development of the Observatory.
