Job Description
The Production Planner & Analyst is a key member of the Production Operations team, responsible for providing visibility into regional demand VS. supply analysis, combined with vendor performance to enable data driven decision making and more effective vendor management.
In addition to analytical and reporting responsibilities, the role is operationally hands-on — converting demand into Purchase Orders within SAP, ensuring supply continuity, and supporting day-to-day production planning activities.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with operational execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Demand Conversion
* Translate validated demand into Purchase Orders within SAP.
* Consolidate and analyse regional demand to provide a comprehensive EMEA forecast and actual fill rate views.
* Partner with Product and Sourcing teams to validate forecasts and adjust plans as needed.
Vendor Delivery Performance & Management Support
* Analyse vendor delivery performance (OTD, lead time adherence, fill rates).
* Develop standardised dashboards and KPIs to evaluate vendor reliability and responsiveness.
* Support vendor business reviews with performance reporting and trend analysis.
* Support Production team with factory onboarding and training of new systems & processes.
Operational Analytics & Reporting
* Design and maintain a holistic EMEA view of capacity fill rates to Production Manager.
* Automate and enhance reporting tools for improved planning transparency.
* Deliver structured reports and presentations with clear recommendations.
* Support Head of Production & Planning with ad hoc reporting when required, to facilitate business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviours
Technical Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong analytical modelling skills.
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
* Strong data visualisation and reporting capabilities.

Education
* Experience within Supply Chain related field is strongly preferred.
