Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist

We’re working with an award-winning international architecture practice with a strong presence in London and the Middle East, delivering high-spec residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments
They are seeking either a Senior Architect or a Senior Technologist to join their growing London studio. Both roles are technically led, focused on design delivery, coordination, and high-quality project execution. You’ll work across all RIBA stages and collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to drive excellence from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead or support the development of technical design packages using Revit
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations, codes, and authority standards
* Coordinate with internal and external teams, managing drawing quality and technical output
* Take ownership of project workflows, QA/QC, documentation, and consultant integration
Contribute to site coordination, authority submissions, and mentoring junior staff
We’re Looking For:
* For Architects: 8+ years’ experience, ARB-registered (or equivalent) preferred
* For Technologists: 5+ years’ experience, CIAT-registered or working towards chartered status
* Architectural Designers (overseas qualified) with strong UK delivery experience will be considered
* Technicians with robust Revit and delivery experience are also encouraged to apply
* UK-based project experience is essential; international experience also welcome
* Strong Revit proficiency and confidence in detailing and construction coordination
* Sector background in residential and mixed-use preferred; open to hospitality and commercial
