About The Role This role will involve conducting audits of apprenticeship learner files to ensure compliance with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) funding rules. You will have great attention to detail to analyse budgetary spend and profit/loss across all regions to track performance and show success outcomes in learner achievement. You will work closely with and support the Head of Quality to ensure learner and employer information recording is standardised across the regions and best practice is followed. About The Person Support the Head of Quality in conducting audit and compliance checks. Internal funding audit processes ownership and development. Liaison with funding team, external auditors and Operations Director. Support the induction and training process for new and existing members of the funding team. Main point of contact for standardisation activities in relation to internal funding and administration. Conduct audit and compliance activities to ensure the quality assurance of all programmes. Liaise with the finance team to ensure links with funding administration are strong and result in accurate reports. Conduct intervention practices for potential funding risks to the business. Support standardisation links between all programmes including England, Scotland, Bespoke and Corporate WBL. Provide support to Head of Quality to ensure improvement in timely achievement, overall achievement and customer satisfaction through NPI monitoring.
