Salary:£13.39 - £14.90 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities
* Create a varied and nutritional menu in line with dietary needs and preferences.
* Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and serving of food.
* Manage all mandatory paperwork including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, procedures, budgets, and orders & deliveries.
* Cater for special events or seasonal activities such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays as required.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Passion for cooking and previous experience in a fresh food kitchen.
* Relevant hygiene certificates.
* Ability to create and deliver an excellent dining experience at each meal.
* Innovative approach to cooking while adhering to high standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude toward residents.
