Benefits for you as a Residential children support worker with Randstad:
* Days: GBP12.50 - GBP16.60 per hour
Nights: GBP13.50 - GBP17.70 per hour
Sleeps: Hourly minimum wage or an allowance ranging from GBP70 to GBP90 per sleep

To be successful in the role of a Children Residential Support worker you will need:
* A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being.
* Minimum 6 months paid experience in a UK children care setting within the past 3 years.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - to effectively address challenging situations with a calm and composed demeanour.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* The right to live and work in the UK - essential for employment.
* Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
