Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
OTE: £28,000–£32,000 in your first year (base salary + performance bonuses)
Hybrid working: Mon/Fri remote, Tue–Thu in our Bournemouth office
