As a Calibration Technician at our facility in Hatfield, PA, you will help uphold the highest standards of quality and precision in a clean, temperature-controlled workspace, primarily on the first shift.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN:
* Perform inspection, calibration, and repair services on various instruments, test equipment, and customer parts according to specifications and procedures.
* Calibrate micrometers, calipers, rings, thread gaging, gage blocks, length standards, dial indicators, pressure, torque, force, and mass instruments using standard lab equipment.
* Ensure all work is accurate and complies with established specifications and requirements.
* Develop calibration procedures and methods based on technical documentation.
* Identify out-of-tolerance conditions, perform corrective actions, adjustments, and prepare reports and certificates.
* Verify that test equipment and instruments are functioning properly and calibrated before use.
* Notify relevant personnel of calibration issues or equipment needing repair.
* Analyze and document test results; consult with metrology personnel as needed.
* Monitor schedules to meet deadlines and notify team if schedules are at risk.
* Record data accurately in LabMan or other software/applications in a timely manner.
* Ensure products are properly protected prior to shipment.
* Assist with maintaining and repairing test equipment, perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
* Support other departments when needed, such as Sales and Customer Service.
* Seek clarification on job specifications or procedures when necessary.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3-5 years of relevant technical experience or training.
* Experience with standard dimensional laboratory equipment and mechanical measuring tools.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills.
* Force and threaded product experience is a plus.
This is a first shift role at our Hatfield, PA location, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
This position involves access to information subject to U.S. export controls, including ITAR. Applicants must be U.S. persons to qualify.
