Joining this service-driven, sales-focussed position, you can make the most of our generous uncapped commission scheme which saw our top earner in January earning £2,290 in monthly commission, and average earners achieving £600-£700 per month on top of their monthly salary. As a role model for our team Holiday Let Advisors, our newest addition will be readily available and on-hand to assist with advisor queries and providing additional support and expertise when an advisor is faced with challenging situations or objections. Alongside this you will be supporting your Team Manager in motivating, coaching, developing and driving your advisors to deliver the highest levels of conversion, quality and customer service as well as leading the way, working closely with potential New Owners, to advise of the products and services that Sykes Cottages can be provided and guide New Owners through their intentions to holiday letting, requirement needs and to provide an experiential onboarding journey from lead creation to go live. Commercial acumen. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy. Excellent time management skills. Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvements with suggestions to fix. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work to tight deadlines. Able to work under own initiative. Strong negotiation skills. Sales and upselling experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Although standouts will also have: Data analysis and data interrogation experience. Negotiation experience. Proven ability within a sale through service environment. Have a good geographical knowledge of UK/Ireland. Previous team leading/management experience. Experience in coaching and motivating a team.
