An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at the amazing Bread Street Kitchen & Bar- 22 Bishopsgate .
As Sous Chef you will:
Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, whilst supervising and developing the team
Ensure targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and that the brigade comply with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedure
Have previous experience working in a Sous Chef position in a quality restaurant environment
Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food at volume
Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
