Arable Farm Operative – 1300ha Family-Run Farm (Lincolnshire Wolds Area)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a progressive 1300-hectare arable farm on the outskirts of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, upbeat workforce where hard work is matched with good humour — our boss is always up for a bit of banter, and we believe a positive atmosphere makes for a great working day.
About Us
We are a family-run farming business operating a full fleet of modern machinery and continually investing in the latest technology and forward-thinking farming practices. We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve with innovation, equipment, and efficiency. Environmental stewardship is at the heart of what we do, and we are proud to have been finalists in the National Arable & Grassland Awards.
Alongside our arable enterprise, we run a large-scale compost production operation, producing around 1 million bags of high-quality, sustainable, peat-free compost each year, using crops grown on our own farm. This diversification means no two days are the same and provides a varied and engaging role.
