Job Description Responsible for leading a team of Field Engineers assigned to support and deliver Oracle's Multicloud busines, supporting all Commercial sites as well as for delivery of on-site systems and installations. Focused on continuous improvement to meet the service level agreements. Th role involves significant communication at all levels internally and externally. A primary point of contact for customer sand partners responsible for facilitating customer relationships and providing advice and assistance XLOB on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities The Field Support Manager translates Translates Oracle Field Services International goals into performance objectives for each team member and measures individual performance against plan. Develops employees through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, development and training needs. Masters all service delivery related processes and advises team members on the effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, interfaces and procedures. Responsible for KPI and metrics improvement. Of the more day-to-day activities, you will be ensuring the proper utilisation for resources and providing justification for additional resource requests. Most importantly, a successful Senior Manager is expected to be totally committed to the delivery of outstanding support and service to customers. Manage a multifuction team in supporting all Oracle Could offerings as well as all On premise installation in a given territory ensuring efficient and excellent resource management Primary point of contact for customers and Oracle LOBs for any customer situation and escalated issue. Requires a 7x24-hours commitment to participate in the regional standby rotation program and shift.
