We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic Occupational Health team. This role is pivotal in providing a comprehensive occupational health service to our employees, supporting their health and well-being in the workplace.
1. Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, including pre-employment assessments and ongoing health surveillance.
2. Provide expert advice on occupational health-related issues, including risk assessments and workplace health initiatives.
3. Develop and implement health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being.
4. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation.
6. Mentor and support junior staff within the team.
