A Maintenance Engineer/ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer is required for a leading manufacturer based in Birmingham.
The A Maintenance Engineer/ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and safety of all factory machinery, plant equipment, and facilities. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement to maximise uptime and support production efficiency.
Package:
* Paying up to £48,000
* Week A: 7-4 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8-1
* Week B: 11-8 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8-1

Maintenance Engineer Role:
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across factory machinery.
* Fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
* Support equipment installations and commissioning of new machinery.
* Be able to commute to Birmingham and are happy to travel
* Strong capabilities in both Mechanical and Electrical
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer/ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment
* Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotic systems desirable.
* Strong understanding of TPM / PPM systems, health and safety procedures, and contractor management
* Be able to commute to Birmingham and are happy to travel
