Overview
HR and Payroll Administrator role at Godalming College.
Location: Godalming, England, United Kingdom.
Contract: Permanent. Schedule: Term Time + 3 days/1 week in August (40 weeks a year). Part Time (21 hours over 3 days a week) on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (ideally 8.30am – 4pm).
Responsibilities
* Support the HR Officer/Payroll Manager with all elements of processing the monthly payroll.
* Collate data and produce reports; proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is required.
* Assist the HR team with a range of administrative tasks and day-to-day queries outside of core payroll duties.
Qualifications
* Eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks; able to work to deadlines and within a team.
* Experience in education, specifically payroll and pensions administration, would be advantageous.
* This role may suit someone with a financial background looking to broaden their experience.
