Arquero Management are a family run property management company regulated by the RICS. This has resulted in the business growing significantly over the last 12 months and we are now looking for a dynamic, friendly person to join our team to provide reception and administration support
The successful application will be the first point of contact for clients and provide support to the property management team. You will ensure all clients and visitors are treated courteously and receive outstanding customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· General office duties including diary management and processing post
· Answer all calls promptly and monitor generic email box
· Enter, update and maintain client information on the database
· Provide administrative support and assistance to property team
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the managing director
· Undertake other office duties as necessary
Key Requirements
· Have previous experience of office administration work
· Good knowledge of Office 365, including Word and Excel
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be able to communicate with a varied range of individuals
· Have a flexible approach and be able to work in a small team
· Highly organised and ability to manage a number of projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£12.95 per hour
